Her journey

Experience that meets you where you are

Ugochi is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of progressive experience across psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, correctional healthcare, medical-surgical units, and community-based settings. That breadth shapes a provider who sees the full picture — not just a diagnosis.

Her path began in nursing, advancing from Licensed Vocational Nurse to an Associate and Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and finally a Master of Science in Nursing specializing as a PMHNP from Walden University. Combined with years of hands-on care, she offers psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and individualized treatment planning for children, adolescents, and adults.

She has cared for people living with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mood and behavioral conditions — always centering each person's story, strengths, and goals over their symptoms alone.

  • Compassion first. Every patient is met with empathy, dignity, and respect.
  • Personalized treatment. Plans built around your life and adjusted as you grow.
  • Holistic wellness. Care that weighs the biological, psychological, social, and environmental together.
